From London to Riga.
Alic and Nils first met while studying in London in the early 2000s. In 2022 they founded SIA Axxio and launched Coliving Residences to give international students in Riga a home that just works, with exceptional service, comfort and design. What began with a single shared apartment grew into a handful of residences across central Riga. One thing never changed: we host the way we would want to be hosted, with fair fixed rent, no hidden costs, and a team that actually picks up the phone.
