No key handover to coordinate after a long trip. We send your personal door codes before move-in day, so you can arrive for the semester whenever you land, even late in the evening or at the weekend.
Bills and cleaning included
One fixed all-inclusive rent covers your bills: gas, water, electricity, fast Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning of the shared areas. No utility contracts and no surprise costs to manage while you study.
Blanket & pillow included
A blanket and pillow come with every room. Bed linen and towels are the one optional extra: add our bedding set (one set of bed linen and two towels) for €10 a month, or bring your own and fly in with just your suitcase.
