From first look to moving in, we keep it simple. Here is how booking a student room with Coliving Residences works.
The four steps

Find your room
Browse our residences and check live availability for your semester. Every room shows its size, price, photos and exactly what is included, so you know what you are getting before you ever get in touch.

Talk with us
Open our chat to talk to us directly. Ask any open questions, confirm your dates and room availability, and leave your name and email. We reply in any language.

Sign digitally
You will receive an email from Liv, our digital colleague, with a link to a short online form to fill in a few details about you. From there we go step by step through the registration process, everything online from your phone or computer. Once you have signed the rental agreement and transferred the security deposit, you are all set to move in.

Move in
A few weeks before you arrive we create a WhatsApp group with all the tenants of your residence, so you can get to know each other before you even land in Riga. Your fully furnished, all-inclusive room is ready and waiting on the day you move in.
