Everything sorted before you arrive
Self check-in with a key safe
No key handover to coordinate after a long trip. Your key waits in a lock box at the apartment and we send you the code before move-in day, so you can arrive for the semester whenever you land, even late in the evening or at the weekend.
Utilities included, cleaning is separate
Your fixed rent covers all utilities: gas, water, electricity, heating and fast Wi-Fi, so a cold winter never turns into a surprise bill. Keeping the shared areas tidy is down to you and your flatmates, and a one-off cleaning fee of €200 to €250 per person per semester covers the deep clean of the shared areas after you move out, plus any small repairs.
Bedding and a towel included
Your room comes with a blanket, a pillow and one towel, so you can fly in with just your suitcase. Everything is clean and in good condition, though not brand new for each semester.
